Contact us and see what Driessen Food can do for you.<\/p>\n<h2>Cheeses from Dutch soil<\/h2>\n<p>Most of the cheeses in our assortment come from local dairy farms. Our regional cheeses are very diverse in type and taste, so you will always find the cheese you are looking for at Driessen Food. We work a lot with relatively small-scale farms that own their cows and dairy production. As a result, we offer special and flavorful dairy products.<\/p>\n<h2>Aged cheeses<\/h2>\n<p>Of course, we have a wide range of naturally aged cheeses. The Reypenaer from Woerden, for example, is an old cheese that has matured for at least a year in a traditional cheese warehouse. The Reypenaer VSOP has matured in the same place, but for at least 2 years. This gives the cheese its full flavor. Another unique aged cheese is the Oudegracht cheese, made from dairy from the province of Utrecht. Nice and tangy, with a sweet aftertaste and beautiful protein crystals in the cheese.<\/p>\n<h2>Herb, Cumin and Nail Cheese<\/h2>\n<p>By adding herbs, spices or other ingredients to cheese, dairy farmers add a completely unique twist to their product. At Driessen Food, you&#8217;ll find several of these special cheeses. For example, our Leidse Kanter cheeses are flavorful cumin cheeses. Our Rucola cheese is a Dutch cheese with the addition of Roquette lettuce, balsamic vinegar, sun-dried tomato and olive oil. This gives this cheese its specific flavor with an Italian touch. Or how about nettle cheese? Nettles are added in the curds, giving this cheese its specific flavor.<\/p>\n<h2>Dairy with a special touch<\/h2>\n<p>We are proud of the cheeses in the range that are made in special ways. The Romero cheese, for example, which has aged in rosemary for 6 months. Another beautiful cheese is the Pronckertje from Cothen. This cheese is washed in \u201cwater of life\u201d with rose hip extract. This gives the cheese a unique flavor that you really must have tasted.<\/p>\n<h2>Our range of dairy products<\/h2>\n<p>The assortment includes not only specialties from home and abroad but also convenient catering packages and pre-cut products.
