From Wisconsin, a cheese rubbed with freshly roasted espresso beans; a variant of the well-known Taleggio with truffle; and a cheese aged in a former munitions bunker. Delicious cheeses for a cheese board, fondue, or on country bread.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tart\u00f9<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A variant of the better-known Taleggio, a delightfully creamy specialty from Lombardy. It is flavored with pieces of black truffle, which perfectly complement the cheese\u2019s aromatic character. <strong>Item no. 947<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bellavitano espresso<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This slightly sweet semi-hard BellaVitano cheese is made in Wisconsin with Italian passion. The cheese is rubbed with freshly roasted espresso beans. A surprisingly successful combination of flavors that complement each other well. <strong>Item no. 948<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Appenzeller<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the canton of Appenzell, this unique cheese is still prepared according to a traditional recipe. It is pleasantly piquant without losing its creaminess and has a slightly sweet aftertaste. <strong>Item no. 1121<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Saint Agur<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Saint Agur is an accessible blue cheese with a delightfully tangy flavor. It is characterized by its creamy texture that melts gently in the mouth. <strong>Item no. 835<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Saint Aubin<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This little cheese has a velvety, edible rind and an intensely creamy interior. With proper aging, the dairy becomes spreadably soft and tangy in taste. <strong>Item no. 823<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Fontina<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Fontina is an Italian mountain cheese with a lightly fruity character and rich nutty nuances.
