NLA Day Full of Inspiration and Flavor
The day began with a warm welcome to all our guests, followed by an inspiration market where our suppliers presented their latest products and culinary innovations. From premium domestic beef, artisanal meat products, and sustainable fish varieties to an extensive selection of fresh produce and dairy products: the range clearly demonstrated what Driessen Food stands for—quality and passion for the craft.
One of the highlights was the cooking theater, where our own culinary advisor Cor van Dusschoten and the team from SysteemKeuken shared their expertise. It was fantastic to see how the chefs and hospitality entrepreneurs in the room were inspired by the creativity and expertise of our partners. Attendees could also participate in a cheese experience led by Maitre Fromager, Evert Schönhage, the world champion cheese master of 2019.
Culinary Experience
Of course, the audience was also able to enjoy all the delicious offerings that Driessen Food has. Our food truck and smoker were in full swing, serving the most delectable dishes prepared with products from our own range. From tender spareribs and smoked salmon to vegan dishes—there was something for everyone.
In the afternoon, there was plenty of socializing in the sunshine, accompanied by the relaxed beats of DJ Morris Blok and the musical talents of Tim van Leijenhorst. It was a perfect atmosphere for a relaxed conclusion to an eventful day.
