Weither or not the weather cooperates, we have already put together a selection of cheeses for the autumn. From Wisconsin, a cheese rubbed with freshly roasted espresso beans; a variant of the well-known Taleggio with truffle; and a cheese aged in a former munitions bunker. Delicious cheeses for a cheese board, fondue, or on country bread.
