NLZeeland: the place where the Netherlands’ finest sea and fish products come from. On Monday, July 8, we will take you to a number of forward-thinking and sustainable companies in Zeeland.
Kingfish Zeeland
We start at the award-winning Kingfish hatchery where the Dutch yellowtail is farmed. A sustainable and qualitatively comparable alternative to wild yellowtail.
Adri & Zoon
Next, we visit our supplier Adri & Zoon, who have just moved to their new premises. There, among other things, we get hands-on with the Kingfish and… seaweed!
Seaweed Safari
We conclude the tour of Zeeland at Jan from the Zeeland Seaweed Trade. We go into the water and harvest seaweed ourselves. We do this at the end of the day because that is when the tide is low.
