Event: Fish on the Singel

Attention, chefs and hospitality entrepreneurs looking to refresh your fish knowledge and taste the latest fish trends. On Monday, June 12, ROOST aan de Singel in Utrecht will be renamed VIS aan de Singel for one day. An afternoon entirely dedicated to fish, featuring oysters, the famous smoked salmon from Rokerij de Zalm, specialties from Frank’s Smoke House, a masterclass in paella making, and of course our own fish specialists. Participate in the workshops and prepare your own fish on the ROOST braai.
