NLEXCURSIE Monday was the excursion to Cook and Herb Herb World! With an enthusiastic group of customers, we drove to Schoten to gain more knowledge about herbs and their use in dishes. We were hosted by Wim Maes, who has years of experience in working with and growing herbs and unique vegetables. It was an educational visit. Thanks to Wim Maes.
Additionally, we participated at the Eurotoques Netherlands annual event. At the partner market, we showcased beautiful products from our oyster supplier De Oesterij and sea vegetable supplier Elenbaas.
