Young Cattle

A cow only produces milk if she has a calf every year. A small portion of the female calves stays on the mother farm to eventually become cows. The remaining calves are raised in specialized holdings. For this label, we have selected several holdings that receive the animals when they are just over two weeks old. They grow undisturbed until they are 15 months old. Their menu consists of an abundance of delicious grasses, pellets, and corn. This rich muesli ensures that the beef is flavorful. The meat has beautiful marbling and is very tender.
