Red is the color of love, and in our Christoffels range we offer a beautiful beetroot carpaccio or an entire veal cheek cooked for Vitello. These ready-to-use products give you more time to focus on finishing your dish.

Fish
Celebrate Valentine’s Day with enticing, delicious oysters—the perfect combination for an evening full of love and passion! And of course, there’s Skrei, the ultimate ingredient for the Valentine’s menu. Skrei is also known as the Casanova of the sea.
Skrei is a seasonal product, available from January through March. This winter cod has whiter and firmer flesh than regular cod. In Norway, Skrei is to them what the “Hollandse Nieuwe” is for the Netherlands. Skrei is sourced through sustainable fishing, is of high quality, and is also very affordable.
