Wijngaard Kaas introduces, in collaboration with Boermarke, a new vegan product line for the hospitality industry and wholesale.
What makes this line different from others on the market? In the hospitality industry, cheese is often used melted, for example on a toastie, pizza and/or in oven dishes. That is why the focus during the development of these cheeses was primarily on the melting properties, and this has been extensively tested by various hospitality professionals. Based on these tests, the conclusion was that these cheese alternatives melt better than existing alternatives.
In addition to melting excellently, they also have an exceptionally good taste. They are suitable, among other things, as a bread topping, taste great in a salad, or melted on a burger, grilled sandwich or pizza.
All of these products are 100% plant-based and contain no animal products. Coconut oil, water and starch are the main ingredients of the cheese alternatives. These product lines are available exclusively in food-service.
